- Audit reports conducted by the Office of the State Auditor
- The 2015 report concerns the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office and found that for the period of time under review the “MDAO had established adequate controls and complied with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and other guidance” for the areas reviewed.
- The 2018 report concerns the Massachusetts District Attorney’s Association as a whole and provides specific findings and recommendations.
- On June 17, 2021, the office of State Auditor Suzanne M. Bump released a further audit concerning our Office’s Adult Diversion and Victim Witness Assistance Programs. The report, provided in this page, and outlined here, found no deficiencies in our Office’s administration of these programs and includes further findings and recommendations to improve case management and data tracking.
