Defusing Critical Incidents

District Attorney Marian Ryan will host a series of Train-the-Trainer for Defusing Critical Incidents with Middlesex Police Agencies. The Train-the-Trainer program will certify three officers from each agency to train the remainder of each department with de-escalations techniques to minimize conflict, negotiate and effectively use intervention tools to help individuals who are in crisis and reduce police injury and liability.
