District Attorney Marian Ryan will speak at a monthly meeting hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Human Rights and Relations Commission (MAHRC) about the increase of hate crimes incidents in the county and how to prevent them. The mission of the MAHRC is to provide local and statewide leadership in the areas of human rights and intergroup relations.
