Wilmington Woman Arraigned In Alleged Domestic Violence Case

WOBURN - Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced that a Wilmington woman was arraigned today on charges in connection with a case of alleged domestic violence which occurred on Saturday, January 17.

Jennifer Garvey, 32, of Wilmington was arraigned in Woburn District Court. Garvey faces charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault with a dangerous weapon. Judge Michael Brooks ordered Garvey held without bail until a hearing scheduled for 11 a.m, Thursday, January 22, in Woburn District Court.

The charges are allegations and the defendant is considered innocent until proven guilty.

This case is being investigated by the Wilmington Police Department.
