Update on Investigation Into Burlington Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash

WOBURN – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Massachusetts State Police informed the public today that they have identified and located the truck that was the subject of a request for the public’s assistance earlier this week. The investigation into the circumstances of the fatal automobile crash on Saturday, July 26, that resulted in the death of Cliserio Cordova Ferral, 51, of Louisiana, is active and ongoing.
The victim was found deceased on the northbound side of Route 128, in the roadway near the off-ramp at exit 34, Winn Street, in Burlington.
Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Danvers barracks and to the District Attorney’s Office continue to investigate this matter.
