On June 8, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Westford Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration Clandestine Lab Team executed a warrant on a home on Mountain View Lane in Westford. Upon arrival authorities allegedly observed narcotics in plain view throughout the home and a large lab in the basement. Due to the butane fumes emanating throughout the house, authorities shut off the power to the home and a hazmat and State Police Bomb Squad team were called. The defendants were allegedly manufacturing Butane Honey Oil (BHO), which is processed by putting butane liquid through marijuana buds, which results in a yellow honey-like substance that contains a more potent amount of THC than marijuana. Authorities allege that Bradley Heath II. sold this BHO using the brand name “Gold Street Extracts.”

Bradley Heath Sr. and Diana Heath are husband and wife and parents to Bradley Heath II and Linley Heath. Lyndsey Holston is the girlfriend of Bradley Heath II and Prachi Joglekar is a friend of Linley Heath.

The charges were the result of an investigation conducted by the Westford Police Department collaboratively with the Massachusetts State Police and the United States Drug Enforcement Agency Task Force.

These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The prosecutor assigned to this arraignment is David Kete.
