District Attorney Marian Ryan will attend the graduation ceremony for participants in the Salvation Army’s Bridging the Gap program. Bridging The Gap enriches the lives of teenagers through a life-skills curriculum, site visits, and community service projects and helps youth to develop positive and successful decision-making skills.
