Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck By Vehicle In Chelmsford

Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has released the identity of the man who died as the result of a crash Saturday afternoon in Chelmsford.
James P. Conlon, 72, of Boston, was struck by a motor vehicle while crossing the Westford Road intersection at the Drum Hill Traffic Square in Chelmsford at approximately 3:00 p.m. The victim was taken by ambulance to Lowell General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
This incident is being investigated by the Chelmsford Police Department and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. This remains an active and ongoing investigation.
