Middlesex District Attorney’s Office Seeks Public’s Help With Investigation Into Burlington Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash with Pedestrian

BURLINGTON- The Middlesex District Attorney's Office and Massachusetts State Police are seeking the public's help to determine the circumstances of a fatal automobile crash that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on Route 128/95 in Burlington at approximately 9:00pm on Saturday, July 26.

Cliserio Cordova Ferral, 51, of Louisiana, was found deceased on the northbound side of Route 128, in the roadway near the off-ramp at exit 34, Winn Street, in Burlington.  It is believed that a dark colored truck, pulling a trailer, was in the area at the time of the crash.

We are looking to speak with the driver of this vehicle as a possible witness in connection with this matter.
