Middlesex DA and Winchester Police Announce Arrest Warrant for Winchester Resident

WOBURN – Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Winchester Police Chief Kenneth Albertelli announce that an arrest warrant has issued from the Woburn District Court for Matthew McAveeney, date of birth: 7/30/1968, for armed assault with intent to murder Barbara McAveeney, his mother, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon resulting in serious bodily injury to her, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon on a person 60 years of age or older, assault and battery and two counts of cruelty to animals.
