District Attorney Marian Ryan Announces Grand Jury Indictments

WOBURN – These indictments were handed down between December 5, 2019 and January 30, 2020. Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Defendants without a hometown listed do not have a last known address. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Arlington

Sean Manuel, 25, of Medford, was charged with unarmed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Robert Royce.

Ayer

Katherine Shipton, 41, of Shirley, was charged with trafficking cocaine and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Ashlee Mastrangelo.

Cambridge

Demetrius Woodson, 23, of Cambridge, was charged with possession of large capacity firearm (2 counts), possession of a loaded firearm, carrying a firearm without a license and carrying ammunition without a license. The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.

Willie Perretti, 60, of Boston, was charged with larceny in a building, fraudulent use of a credit card to obtain money, forgery and being a habitual offender. The Assistant district Attorney is Joanna Staley.

Everett

Edwin Mendez, 37, of Malden, was charged with aggravated rape of a child (4 counts), rape of a child by force (2 counts) and indecent assault and battery on a person under the age of 14 (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.

Alban Ramadani, 22, of Lynn, was charged with trafficking cocaine 18 o more grams of cocaine, possession of a loaded firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without a license and possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.

Framingham

Luis Velez, 41, of Framingham, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequence offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai. 

Groton

Dustin Sutton, 32, was charged with rape of a child by force. The Assistant District Attorney is Thomas Brant.

Littleton

Dawn Flynn, 48, of Ayer, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and trafficking. The Assistant District Attorney is Ashlee Mastrangelo.

Francis Riordan, 67, of Casco, Maine, was charged with rape of a child by force, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 (2 counts) and dissemination of harmful matter. The Assistant District Attorney is Courtney Linnehan.

Lowell

Andres Ramos, 21, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking fentanyl and negligent operation of a vehicle. The Assistant District Attorney is Andrew Ineson.

Carlos Ruben Morales, 22, of Lowell, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder (2 counts), assault and battery by discharge of a firearm, assault and battery with dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, attempted assault and battery by discharge of a firearm, possession of a firearm and possession of a loaded firearm. The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.

Frank Faiella, 31, of Lowell, was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime (5 counts), larceny from a building, attempt to break and enter in the nighttime and vandalism. The Assistant District Attorney is Andrew Ineson.

Daniel Velardo, 29, of Winthrop, was charged with trafficking fentanyl. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Josue Rivera, 24, of Lowell, was charged with armed robbery and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Javier Gonzalez, 43, of Lowell, was charged with rape, assault to rape, indecent assault and battery and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan McGovern.

Hoeup Honn, 39, was charged with murder, aggravated rape, kidnapping, malicious destruction of a property and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorneys are Mary O’Neill and Christopher Tarrant.

Russell Graham, 39, of Lowell, was charged with possession of child pornography, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Medford

Brett Parham, 43, of Boston, was charged with trafficking cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequence offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Andrew Ineson.

Somerville

Daniel Walsh, 46, of Somerville, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime (3 counts), larceny, attempted larceny, receiving in the concealment of stolen property over $1200, receiving in the concealment of stolen property under $1200 and being a common receiver of stolen goods (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.

Stoneham

Jeffrey W. Larivee, 53, of Stoneham, was charged with possession of an assault weapon (6 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Jacob McCrindle.

Karen M. Larivee, 48, of Stoneham, was charged with possession of an assault weapon (6 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Jacob McCrindle.

Tewksbury

Mark Richards, 46, of Tewksbury, was charged with conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Michael Moran, 41, of Somerville, was charged with conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Waltham

Kerbin Avila-Hernandez, 23, of Waltham, was charged with distribute of cocaine to a minor, indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 and contribute toward the delinquency of a child. The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Edward Francis Desmond, Jr., 56, of Bronx, was charged with securities fraud, larceny over $250, tampering with a document for use in an official proceeding and being a habitual criminal. The Assistant District Attorneys are Graham Van Epps and Doug Cannon.

Watertown

Alireza Teymourian, 42, of Watertown, was charged with possession of a large capacity weapon (3 counts), possession of a large capacity feeding device (7 counts), improper storage of a large capacity weapon (3 counts), possession of a firearm (18 counts) and possession of ammunition (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Lee Hetinger.

Wakefield

Samuel S. Segura, 28, of Somersworth, was charged with possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded firearm, possession of ammunition and armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Jacob McCrindle.

Woburn

Charles Hull, 36, of Woburn, was charged with possession of large capacity feeding device (3 counts), possession of a rifle without a license (2 counts), possession of firearm without a license (1 count), possession of a shotgun without license (1 count) and possession of ammunition without a license.
