District Attorney Marian Ryan Announces Grand Jury Indictments
WOBURN – These indictments were handed down between March 15 and April 17, 2018. Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Defendants without a hometown listed do not have a last known address. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Acton
Albert Stuart, 59, of North Reading, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault and battery on a household or family member (6 counts), threats (2 counts), wanton destruction of property, and being a habitual criminal (2 counts). Ayer
Vincent Maceyka, 33, of Ayer, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a household or family member, assault and battery in violation of a restraining order, and witness intimidation. Antoine Brown, 25, of Boston, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder (2 counts), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, possession of a loaded firearm, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling. Steven Hoxie, 45, of Quincy, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony (2 counts), receiving a stolen motor vehicle, subsequent offense, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, leaving the scene of property damage, and being a habitual criminal (3 counts).
