District Attorney Marian Ryan Announces Grand Jury Indictments
WOBURN – These indictments were handed down between January 18 and March 6, 2018. Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Defendants without a hometown listed do not have a last known address. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Ayer
Kelly Delisle, 28, of Malden, was charged with stalking (2 counts) and violating a restraining order (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Caitlin Gemmill.

Jacob Brown, 19, of Pelham, New Hampshire, was charged with possession of a large capacity magazine (4 counts), possession of a Class E substance, and being a minor in possession of alcohol. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Patrick Daniels, 35, of Eagle, Idaho, was charged with possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, and furnishing a false name to police.
