District Attorney Marian Ryan Announces Grand Jury Indictments
WOBURN – These indictments were handed down between August 14, 2018 and September 20, 2018. Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Defendants without a hometown listed do not have a last known address. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Bedford
Herbert Campbell, 39, was charged with home invasion, assault with intent to murder, strangulation (3 counts), assault and battery on a household or family member (3 counts), assault and battery on a police officer, and violating a restraining order (7 counts). Alphonso Feaster, 52, of Cambridge, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (2 counts) and threatening to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is Laura Miller.

Marcos Garcia, 43, of Lawrence, was charged with armed carjacking (2 counts), carjacking (2 counts), assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, attempting to commit a crime (3 counts), and leaving the scene of property damage. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.

Gislaine Marriero, 25, of Somerville, was charged with assault with intent to murder, assault and battery on a person over the age of 60 causing bodily injury, strangulation, and assault and battery on a person over the age of 60. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

David Feeley, 66, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, subsequent offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol.
