District Attorneys Ryan, Harrington, Morrissey, Rollins and Sullivan Urge Governor Baker to Sign “An Act Creating a Next-Generation Roadmap for Massachusetts Climate Policy”

WOBURN – Middlesex District Marian Ryan announced that she and District Attorneys Harrington, Morrissey, Rollins and Sullivan today sent the attached letter to Governor Baker to express their strong support for S.2995, An Act Creating a Next-Generation Roadmap for Massachusetts Climate Policy and to urge him to sign the bill into law.
This legislation is needed now more than ever as climate has long been associated with trends in incidents of criminal activity. Similarly, environmental conditions are intertwined with inequality, economic standing and other factors that lead to crime.
